I am presently Working for the well known SMRC (Qatar Foundation) MEP project as O&M / Training Manager (Operation and Maintenance and Training) at Kiklop Green Sector which is an Engineering Consultancy firm. I've been one of the founding members and responsible for the whole company Administration right from the launching and setting-up the office to successful completion of the project today. My responsibilities are the following but not limited to Covering the whole General Administration of the Company, Managing and Supervising a team of Approximately 80 Engineers, Organizing, Coordinating with the Client (QF), with the main Contractor and with the sub contractors, evaluating the training sessions, reviewing the technical documentations and issuing reports to the client, Commissioning/Inspecting the Mechanical, Electrical, Medical Gas and Architectural systems by assigning teams of engineers and issuing reports.
As well playing a role as Documentations Manager responsible for all the high prioritized Documentations and Project Dossiers, (such as O&M manuals, Training Modules, RFIs, Test Packs, Method Statements, As-Builts, Sketches, Shop Drawings, Information Drawings, Material Transmittals, Calculations and Schematics, Instruction to rectify deficiency, Operation Directorate, Non conformance Notices, Observed Non conformance Notices, Punch-lists etc.. )
In the KSA I started my carrier as an Administrator at Al-Nahir Trading Company which was a leading medical company dealing in sophisticated medical equipments and diagnostic products such as IVDs and MD related to Hematology, Immuno-Hematology, Microbiology, etc. Al-Nahir dealt with big government hospitals such as Military hospital, MOH hospitals, Research Centers, University Hospitals as well big private hospitals . I have been holding a huge responsibility to manage all the departments in our company such as the IT, Regulatory, Engineering, Laboratory, Marketing/Sales, Warehouse etc, reporting to the CEO and the General Manager which paved me a a great way to gain intensive administrative skills.
Being a Teacher / Lecturer of ICT and Computer Science at Al-Barakha International School (Sri Lanka) which completely was exposed to British Curriculum, I held the following responsibilities but not limited to preparing the high school students for the ECSE O.Level examination (Edexcel) as well teaching computer science to all the level of students, I had closely worked with very senior teachers and remarkably contributed in the administration such as Organizing, Coordinating, Conducting and Leading all the academy related affairs. I had also been training the government school senior teachers on computer studies which even require high level of administrative skills to Organize and successfully execute the assigned tasks.
