* Specialized in project specific facilities for contractors and any other business sectors.
* Responsible for ensuring direct increase in staff numbers meet budgeted goals as defined by the Departments Managers for our Major clients (ARAMCO "GES+" - SADARA - MARAFIQ) & the Overhead Staffing.
* Work with the managers, coordinators and team leaders to ensure the best possible recruitment practices are being facilitated.
* Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
* Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
* Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall.
* Suggest proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates.
* Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
* Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
* Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
* Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
* Supervise & interact closely with different teams as well as continuous follow up with on- boarding.
* Support HRM & Company Managers with weekly update on recruitment progress.
* Work closely with HRM & PM`s to deliver recruitment needs.
* Regular reporting and analysis of recruitment practices.
* Managing the demands of the Job Advisors based on their Job seekers job goal, qualifications and experiences to supply them with the suitable vacancies.
* Communicating with the Employers and builds a strong relation in respect to providing the best employees matching the employers requirements.
* Managing a portfolio of Employers accounts to maintain and expanding relationships with the clients to reach the common interest by advising & negotiating with the them in modifying the vacancies details to reach the sustainability& productivity from the Employees.
* Reporting to the management and the staff the feedback from every client on weekly basis to avoid the "turn-over" in our services.
* Attending social events to build large contacts with Employers and to brand our name to the Society.
* Making mock interviews to the applicants for Top Managerial positions to maintain the quality of applicant for the Employers, and planning for the Job Fair events to provide the competitive vacancies for the job seekers.
