This is a part-time job where I get to supervise the Examinations process for both IGCSE and IELTS examinations taking part at several locations all around Egypt. The job descriptions requires a high level of attentiveness to details and punctuality, firmness and strictness when it comes to dealing with candidates taking the exams.
Teaching English to Egyptian adults, mainly university students using the Berlitz method of teaching which mainly relies on using the English language to communicate instead of using their native tongue.
Holding responsibility for managing the office, duties included, typing and printing of documents using Microsoft Office applications, aiding and assisting customers who come in to the office by providing them with the information needed.
Helping out customers on the phone with the difficulties they face in regards to mobile phone networks and such.
It required a lot of patience, tolerance and versatility. It was all about approaching customers from the suitable direction.
