1. Involve in Projects initiation, Scope analysis, planning, execution and monitoring progress at various levels of projects of IT solutions like Software integration, Development, Services delivery, Access Control, Attendance, RFID & Smart Card solutions, E-ticketing.
2. Coordinate with functional team members regarding technologies, Design, Development & preparing RFP for Services required for the projects.
3. Monitoring KPI’s of the project executions and development.
4. Leading the projects team’s managers for various projects executions.
5. Identify and manage cross projects risks and dependencies with the collaboration of teams.
6. Meetings with the stakeholders & 3rd parties on board for the solutions & services.
