Implementing Dynamics CRM 2011 in Engineering and Services divisions of the company having 80+ users
My key responsibilities are
Document business process requirements of the divisions
Communicate requirements and end users issues with the IT development team
Provide functional trainings to end users
Verify and test business processes also recommend technical solutions.
Design dashboard / reports for the Management and sales team
Handling CRM security
Provide first line support for the CRM
Involve in the implementation and customization of Dynamics AX 2009 Project Accounting, and Purchasing Module for a Real Estate company. Beside this I am also supports the CRM and Payroll system used by the company HR and Sales departments. My main responsibilities are
•Administrating and customizing ERP, CRM and Payroll system
•Gather business requirements from Finance, HR and Sales teams and implement them in the ERP and CRM systems.
•Develop Financial and Sales Reports for the Management
•Provide trainings to the end users about the CRM and ERP
•Communicate with the software vendors for the technical support and issues
Involve in development of an intranet application named as True Track for the US agriculture sector company. The business application is used for planning the plantation and tracking of the crops. My main responsibilities are
•Analysis and implementation of business requirements in the system.
•Involve in Sprint planning and task distribution.
•Deployment of application on the live server
•Leading a small team for the development and quality assurance tasks.
•Provide technical guidance to the junior team members
Working as a vendor for Microsoft to customize the upcoming version of Dynamics AX 6.0. I mostly involve in analysis, design and implementation of functional and business requirements and their implementation in the Project and Accounts payable module. My responsibilities are:
• Analyzing the functional specifications and do research for the implementation.
• Weekly meeting with the program manager to discuss issues related to the functional specification or any other system limitation.
• Communicate and coordinate with other Microsoft teams for the code or design review.
• Writing design documents, unit tests, XML documentation, creating UML diagrams and coding according to the best practices of Microsoft.
• Fixing bugs of different AX areas
• Involve in the training program and give technical trainings to the new hire.
Project Budget Checking API - Purpose of this feature is to validate the project budget against the project transactions posted from the project and other AX modules such as Production, Purchasing and Expense Management modules. This feature provides options whether to allow or not to allow the user from exceeding the budget and display error and warning messages based on the settings.
Accounts Receivables SSRS Reports Customization - Customizing AR Query and RDP based SSRS reports of a vertical solution for the public sector of USA
Work on the AX new Role & Task based security model and the Implementation of AX Workflow.

Maintain and develop various desktop and web based application for the US law firm Sullo Law. The major work was maintaining and enhancing the case management system which was used to handle traffic violations, Criminal and child custody cases of Houston and Dallas city. My major responsibilities were:
• Conversion of classic ASP applications to ASP.Net
• Implement new business rules in the case management system.
• Develop data crawlers for getting the cases data from the various sources.
• Write unit test, XML document and code according to the standards.
• Write SQL stored procedures and various reports.
