Facilitate the development and acceptance of the Project Objectives and Business Case by preparing Project charter Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Experienced in managing projects & ensuring a smooth roll-out of the systems and system change request as required by coordinating across departments of organization, vendors and IT
Analyze business requirements, elaborate and document
Challenge business on benefits and process efficiency by working in unison with various project stakeholders Ensure the solution provided by IT/vendor meets business requirement Coordinate with QA for preparation of scope, strategy, and test cases to meet the testing functionality and ensure closure of the business requirements with involving sound knowledge of Test Methodology Ensure projects / change requests delivered meet stake holders expectation.
Role involved in the User Acquaintance Phase for familiarisation with Finacle Modules, Out of the Box functionalities, Identify gaps as against user requirements including screen and field level requirements.
Carry out user acceptance testing for the systems that are directly or indirectly impacted due to the ‘The Core Banking Project’, within respective sub-stream, in line with the agreed schedules for the UAT.
Carrying out UAT for CAPS system in line with Finacle by testing, identifying errors and raising defects in QC recording, escalating and re-testing of defects for the systems that are being tested based on expected test results against test plans, requirement specifications and proposed processes.
Provide inputs/feedback during the preparation of Test Scripts/Scenarios.
Identify & escalate gaps in Requirement Specification Documentation vis-à-vis Agreed Solution Documents and Business Requirement Documentation
Support Data Migration, Parameterisation, IT - Sub Projects, To Be Processes and Training streams with their activities, and provide inputs as and when required.
Support and co-ordinating the Card centre team for testing Core banking project with Cards related functionality by providing inputs and solutions as and when required.
Role involved in the Rak Bank Operations in documenting & disbursing Business Loans with different systems such as LOS (Loan
Originating System), RLS (Retail Lending System) which interact with a common system FINACLE.
