Development and management of Integrated Management System
Ensure that the necessary processes to operate the IMS will be implemented, realized and maintained.
Organize quality relevant training and further education events for all employees
Report to QHSE Manager about the company integrated management system's performance and potential or necessary improvements.
Responsible for the establishment, implement and maintain the company’s SMS ISO 45001-2018.
Conducting trainings on behalf of TUV, for fire fighting, first aid, scaffolds, work at height, confined space, H2S, Work Permits and hazardous material handling training etc.
Safety supervision of ongoing activities at workshop and projects.
Evaluate safety and environmental performance
Advice safety controls and mitigation measures where required
Lead and support safety culture
I have a wide role in HSE, developing safety procedures and forms, their implementation, execution and control.
I deal on daily basis with Industrial safety comprising risk assessment & hazard analysis in various areas i.e. hot works, lifting, works at height, traffic management, warehouse and storage, paints and sand blasting, waste water treatment and analysis, rotary and sharp tools, fire alarm and firefighting systems, food hygiene and particular work condition \[ high noise, air emissions\] and generally all the facilities safety concerns.
Work description includes preparation of HSE Program, Execution, Implementation and training.
All aspects regarding HSE of a project i.e. hot works, cold works, height, night, emergency preparedness, evacuation in emergency, fire fighting, first aid, traffic management and inspections of equipment like OHD cranes and mobile cranes.
I am BSc Chemical engineer with strong knowledge of industrial impact on environment and health of employees and surroundings.
