Certified Work Permit Receiver (WPR) with a valid 3rd Party WPR Certificate (valid until April 2027) and practical experience as an Internal WPR in Jumaima, Ras Tanura under Heisco-Enppi. Experienced in work permit receiving, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), hazard identification, GI 2.100 compliance, and coordination of safe field activities. Strong understanding of Saudi Aramco permit-to-work systems, safety procedures, and site operations. Committed to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring efficient execution of work in industrial and construction environments.

Ensure all safety precautions stated in the permit are met before starting the work
• To make sure that all workers are working safely and use proper PPE
◦ Supervising the work prescribe in the permit to work to ensure it is conducted in the most
efficient manner.

◦ Conduct joint site inspection with issuer to ensure the area and Equipment has been made
Safe before issue the permit.

◦ .Attend meeting with safety officers for daily updates.
◦
◦ Notifying the issuer of work progress and completion and ensuring that the site is return
to a safe and operational state

◦ Inform the proponent of any change in condition at the work site
◦
◦ Check all equipment and documentation.

◦ Ensuring the area is properly barricaded and safety warning signs are available
◦
◦ Return and close the permit and make the site clean tidy and secure state with proper
barrications.

• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• similar Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory
approvals etc
• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale
construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical
specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs Provide advice and resolve creatively any
emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders Handle over the
resulting structures and services for use

• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and
other technical documentation as required.
• Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers,
subcontractors, and suppliers
• Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential
hazards or violations
• Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
• Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project
expectations are met
• Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
