- Providing technical expertise to staff in the areas of coaching & development, employee relations, compensation, staffing, and HR policy interpretation.
- Managing changes in HR policy and procedure manual and organization chart.
- Maintaining updated employee data in HRIS, which includes onboarding, personal information, status changes, vacations, work resumptions, benefits and terminations. Interacting closely with the Payroll department.
- Statistical reporting from HRIS to internal management, corporate HR and clients / external agencies.
