Role:
Cybersecurity Manager: Leading cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance and security program delivery while providing technical advisory and professional services leadership for government, telecom, healthcare, military and enterprise clients.
• Drive cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, risk framework, control assessment and compliance initiatives aligned with business, regulatory and operational requirements.
• Lead ISO 27001 and NCA-related engagements including gap assessment, audit preparation, risk treatment, policy/process development and management reporting.
• Provide cybersecurity advisory across SIEM/SOC, PAM, vulnerability management, VAPT, DAST, IAM (RSA & SailPoint), Fortinet (FortiGate, WAF, Forti-Manager & Forti-Analyzer), Palo Alto firewall, F5, ManageEngine, Cisco Routing & Switching, Extreme Network, Cisco & Aruba Wireless, email security, TrendMicro and Infrastructure security controls.
• Extract client RFPs, workshops and business requirements into cybersecurity scope, assessment approach, deliverables, implementation plans and recommendations.
• Review and validate cybersecurity deliverables including HLD, LLD, assessment reports, risk registers, remediation trackers, VAPT reports, configuration review outputs and executive summaries.
• Analyzer cybersecurity risks, compliance gaps and technical findings into prioritized remediation roadmaps, action plans and management-level recommendations.
• Identify cybersecurity improvement opportunities during assessments and delivery engagements, including future-phase scope, control enhancements, operational maturity improvements and remediation initiatives.
• Manage cybersecurity consultants and engineers across GRC, technical security, infrastructure security, application security and delivery streams; mentor team members and support capability development.
Professional Services Delivery / Project Management
• Manage end-to-end cybersecurity and infrastructure security project delivery including scope validation, planning, resource allocation, milestones, budgets, procurement coordination, implementation governance & management and closure.
• Lead weekly project progress with customers, vendors and delivery teams; maintain progress reporting, risk/issue logs, action trackers, dependencies and escalation points.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, account managers, technical directors, vendors, subcontractors and client stakeholders to ensure scope of clarity, delivery quality and client satisfaction.
