• Leading the ISO audits conducted by ISO team.
• Implementation of ISO:22000, ISO:9001 & Halal Compliance.
• Implementation of PPE's, GMP, GHP & HACCP.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices, including the use of personal protective equipment's (PPE's).
• Run a complete customer feedback program & complaint management program.
• provide training to staf regarding Food Safety & HACCP.
• Manage documentation related to Quality System guidelines.
• Manage & maintain the company's internal quality audit program & assess improvement initiatives resulting from all Quality Audits - Internal & External.
• Conduct monthly internal calibration of all equipments.
• Lead compliance audit of third party suppliers manufacturers & distributors.
