Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
 Refurbishment and Fabrication of customized machinery components, steel structures, Bucket Elevator, Belt Conveyor, Storage Tanks, Spiral Conveyors and their site erection/installation.
 Overseas day to day operational activities of business entity and managing construction project sites for Repair, Refurbishment, fabrication, erection, installation of equipment and other site services.
 Handling customer enquiries for maintenance activities and offering engineering solutions for services and equipment.
 Planning, scheduling and managing workforce duties, overtime, leaves and keeping record of wages.

Worked as “Workshop Engineer”, June 2016 - September 2018
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
 Continuously monitored and administered all workshop operations to get optimal production output, improved product quality and on time delivery of projects.
 Organized & established procedures covering all operational processes & allocation of available resources; with cross-functional guidance & expertise along with highest level of ownership of assigned duties to achieve optimum production results adhering to standard health & safety procedures, manufacturing processes & company’s rules and policies.

• To study customer’s enquiry, Drawings & specifications for conceptual Solution and obtain technical clarifications from customer in the light of drawing requirements along with customer’s required terms and conditions and accept them in line with the company policy and management guidance.
• Visiting the client Site for Assessment of scope of work for rehabilitation / maintenance of damaged engineering components and preparation of estimates as per scope agreed with client.
• Complete study of enquiries, RFQs, engineering drawings and coordination with engineering and shop personnel to resolve problems related to cost equipment selection, material characteristics, dimensional tolerances and manufacturing procedures in the light of available machining, forging and fabrication facilities at HMC.
• Preparation of detailed manufacturing operations list and selection of feasible Machining & Fabrication working centers accordingly keeping in view the overall dimensions of particular product.
• Calculation of gross requirement of raw materials (BOQ) & consumables with specifications and confirmation of its availability from MMG and Purchase department.
• Preparation and calculation of quantitative details i.e. machine hrs and man hrs keeping in view current working efficiencies in consultation of concerned shop personal.
• Adding Quality Testing requirements (PT, UT, MT, RT, Painting & Hydro Test etc.) against quality procedure mentioned in drawings.
• Preparation of vendor / standard items list and coordinate with the procurement department to obtain prices and deliveries for major equipment and bulk materials in order to facilitate project cost estimation.
• Preparation of supporting Documents and covering letter which clears the scope of Work in manufacturing of particular product or assembly with special advises regarding materials, quality
requirements, delivery dates or amendments in drawings etc.
• To get the Quantitative Details reviewed and approved by the authority and to ensure that the project cost estimating activities and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed scope of work after confirmation of sale order.
• Progress monitoring of confirmed sale orders and to resolve any technical problems during manufacturing phase at Machine, Assembly & Fabrication Shops.
• Preparation of Sheet Metal cutting plans for Fabrication Shop with efficient use of given raw material and minimum material wastage.
• Reverse engineering & development of drawings for rehabilitation of damaged components of different equipments for internal Maintenance department as well as external customers.
• Design & Development of special customized production tooling requirement (such as Jigs & Fixtures, Forming/Bending Dies or other tools etc.) required to manufacture a particular part or product in consultation with Tool Design Department.
• Responsible for the creation and record keeping of all documentation related to above mentioned activities and work in progress.
