- Review actual cost and forecast on balance to completion of the work.
- Submit Projects Actual and Projected Annual Turnover Report.

- Collecting Quotations from Suppliers/Sub-Contractors and reviewing their Contracts and Subcontracts.

- Review Subcontractor’s/Supplier’s Prequalification, Material proposals / RFI’s against specified
technical performance requirements and advise Management accordingly.
- Ensuring the design submittals are in view of all respects (Client, Contractor, Suppliers, and Manufacturer).
- Monitor all CSA activities according to Material breakdown lists, BOQ items, specifications, and
related drawings according to the client’s requirements within the budget limits.
- Respond to site requests and clarifications in accordance to project procedures.
- Prepare a detailed breakdown of specific items whenever required.

- Preparation of B.O.Q
- Monitor all CSA activities according to Material breakdown lists, BOQ items, specifications, and
