2. Ensure optimum equipment availability and performance in the short, medium and long term, at minimum cost.
3. Implement and develop the best maintenance processes and mindset.
4.Responsible of overall performance improvement of the plant, ensuring coordination and cooperation between other departments.
5. Responsible for Development and maintain high plant performance standards
6.Develop the value of the plant assets: equipment, reserves, skills and organization, Plant Image (stakeholders’ relation)
1. Promote best maintenance procedure ensure its application and best practices.
2. Ensure planning and scheduling of maintenance along with operation, looking for optimum use of resource and maintenance cost.
3. Conducting Reliability committee with cross functional analysis of incidents and
4. Making all KPIs for the plant and develop objectives for (operation, maintenance, Safety and Quality and present monthly with CEO.
5. Making the annual Budget for maintenance and follow monthly gap analyses.
6. Schedule and prepare major turnaround ensuring co-ordination with other departments.
4. Ensure spare availability, maintain & update PM schedule and quality of sub-contractor work.
5. Keep library update and ensure documentation are update as built.
6. Ensure the fully utilization CMMS software (computerized maintenance management system)
1. Responsible for the execution and quality of maintenance work to be carried out in maintenance
2. Day to day scheduling of work and necessary resource assign and review work with the craft man.
3.To see whole area activities including CMs, Packing, pumps, screw & reciprocating compressors, cooling tower, blowers, water treatment, firefighting system, oil pre-condition etc.
4. To generate and update all reports including diesel oil, cooling & raw water consumption, furnace oil, daily area reports, check lists
5. Responsible of all emergency diesel generator of plant including 500 KVA, 400, 130, 150 and it’s all PMschedule.
6. To manage whole manpower of CMs, Packing, utility & lubrication under general and shift timing.
Maintenance of rotary and stationery equipment including pre-heater tower, rotary kiln, cross bar cooler & clinker transport.
Maintain all schedule (Work order module, lubrication module, check lists) generated all spare parts lists, demands & evaluation.
Maintenance of all equipment like compressors, chiller, oil boiler, dryers, C.F pumps, cooling towers, shell and tube and plate type heat exchanger, R.O plant, Ventilation system, supply and exhaust fans, maintain lubrication and maintenance schedule of all equipment including production line and different slitting machine.
