It is a role of Maintenance Support static equipments (Head office based) to carry out on plot piping replacements, engineering and maintenance of tanks and vessels on sites having annual budget of 15 million USD. Along with it also execute operations / maintenance Projects.
 To carry out the maintenance of static equipments like tanks, vessels, piping etc by liaising with in house as well as outside vendors/ contractors.
 Carry out small EPC projects (Facility Change proposals as per site operations requirements) from engineering, HAZOP, HAZID, DESIGN REVIEW, etc. till procurement and installation.
 Participate in establishing KPI’s and contribute to achieve company targets.
 Provide technical support in troubleshooting complex failures in equipment and systems to ensure efficient and cost effective resolution of problems.
 Develop Shutdown/Turn Around scope of work for field equipment.
 Coordinate constructability reviews and integrate operational / maintenance / human factor aspects in engineering design for the project.
 Develop project execution strategies/plans and execute for projects from Engineering till and over/Closeout.
 Focal point of Budget and planning. Responsible for preparing budget for the whole year, phasing, budget monitoring etc.
 Develop Contracting and Procurement strategy and execute via Contracting &Procurement team.
 Manage construction aspects through Site Construction team.
 Track and monitor plan/actual project status to ensure timely development, execution, close out including as-built documentation.
 Successfully developed and implemented procedures and processes to complete the jobs in minimum possible time.
 Extensive coordination with outside contractors / vendors for job planning and progress.
 Carry out monthly GAMBA walk in Contractor’s premises to ensure the proper implementation of LEAN.

 Review and analyse all relevant data and provide information / report to the client and management on overall machine condition / integrity.
 Provide expert Technical advice to operations and maintenance teams on day to day issues related to rotating and static equipments.
