• Study the scope of work & specifications of the assigned work and ensures its compliance with designs, contract requirements and properly coordination with other disciplines.
• Providing engineering and technical supports to working team for electrical work at site using electrical engineering methodologies.
• Maintaining effective communication with client, project team members and preparing daily, weekly and monthly inspection reports and submitting to manager.
• Scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
• Inspecting work done, samples, materials, workmanship, ensuring compliance with project documents.

• Conduct inspections for Quality Control, reporting, finding and recommendations.

• Supervision of site installation as per approved IFC and shop drawings for Electrical Systems.
• Supervising Cable Laying activities.
• Manpower forecast required to complete the project on time.
• Preparing Bill of quantities.
• Dealing with procurement and supplier negotiation, ordering and budget control.
• Keeping detailed record and quantity of work done, the Contractor's construction equipment, labor deployment and material usage on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinating between structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Cabling as per given Load Schedule.
• Monitor/prepare daily work progress report.
• Coordinate minor problems to client, encountering at site.

• Preparing the test report formats for tests like Megger test, Continuity test and Hi- Pot test, Calibration test and loop test etc.
• Installation and Testing of Fire Alarm System (Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Manual Call Point, Sounder).
• Pre-commissioning and Testing of Switch rack Breakers, Transformers and Motors
• Testing and commissioning, Trouble Shooting of LV Distribution Panels, all types of Instruments, Distribution box, Control and Protection panels, etc.
• Responsible for Request for Inspection (RFI) that apply to electrical works.
• Installation of all electrical related equipment's and their accessories as per IFC Drawings & client requirements.
• Verification of completeness and correction of inspection reports.
• Conduct internal inspection of all activities and field inspection with client and owner representative as per ITP (inspection test plan).
• Internal Supervision of logbook, follow up with the construction to ensure that the activities complying with the requirements.
• To coordinate, control and monitor all Electrical installation activities at the project site.
• Engineering standards and procedures are applicable national and international codes and standard as Saudi Aramco NEC, IEEE, NEMA, etc.
• Maintenance of raw material load Centre (RMLC#3) of sinters plant#3 at Tata Steel.
• To make continuously running all the sinter plant#3 conveyors by keeping healthy feeders and control equipment.
• Maintenance of field motors by inspection of its running current, winding temperature, vibration and proper earthling.
• Testing of motors, transformers and maintaining the log books for helping the other staff to understand basics of Maintenance and avoiding the upcoming faults.
• Maintenance of control room by checking of panel equipment such as ACB, MCB, CT and PT.
• Scheduled checking of loose connection, cable insulation, earthling value and analog and digital meters.
• Providing daily housekeeping work and awareness all staff to need of cleanness in respective area.
• Daily shift to shift inspection of all the safety switches of conveyors such as PCC, BSS, BNS and ZSS switches.
• Monthly and needed cable dressing of all the power and control equipment with all safety.
• Distributing the manpower in accordance with their technical skills to nullify the faults at different locations of job.
• Troubleshooting the faults and breakdown during the operation with all the safety and rules.
• Maintenance of lighting of MCC panels, cable vaults, motors head and tail ends, walkway non walkway side and stairs by daily inspection.
• Providing a safe and good working condition in shutdown jobs.
• Strictly demanding the all-personal protective equipment while doing a job or in inspection of field.
