There are five big cafes running by University of Lahore, in the premises of University for Students.
All Receiving from raw product to the production and make it end product is monitored and check under my guidance and with the help of my five
supervisors for each cafes.
New bakery products with unique toppings and decors have been introduced.
All products formed are evaluated and labeled with its shelf life and displayed.
All events conducted by university also hosted by my department ( food and lodging Services) regarding food, who's all menu and cost also set by me.
