The Company is involved in Super Structure, Shoring and Deep Excavation work at Entisar Tower Project on Sheikh Zayed Road .

• Preparing Weekly and Monthly statics Report.
• Preparing Monthly Risk Situation Log.
• Preparing MONTHLY HSE STATISTICS ANALYSIS.
• Preparing ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTING LOG.
• Preparing Monthly Unsafe Situation Review
• Conducting Safety Training/Awareness program as per Training calendar to all categories of site employees like Work at Height, Safe Crane Operation, Hot work procedure and Etc.
• Ensure the Monthly Color Coding System at site.
• Conducting weekly Survey with the Management for all construction sites.
• Inspecting the Cranes and other heavy equipment before starting the Job.
• Power Tools and Vehicle Audit and Inspection In charge.
• Implementation of Emergency Procedure and Inducting Mock Drills.
• Implementation and Monitoring PTW Requirements.
• External 3rd Party audit coordinator.
• Road Safety for all Construction Vehicle and People.
• Managing safety procedures at site as per ISO Safety manual
• Maintaining SHE manual, Forms, Formats, Registers & Safety records
• Ensure wearing of PPE’S by all workers and staffs like helmets, goggles, glass, life jackets, safety shoes, safety belts, masks, etc
• Ensure all the lifting equipment, tools and tackles are inspected and checked
• Site inspection & supervision (Safety) of about 1000 labors
• Conducting Safety meeting
