Responsibilities:
• L1 and L2 Support to all critical departments like, NOC, CBC, HCC, FTC, Live Visual Display and others Dept.
• Thin Client Company Build OS installation and support.
• Ghost Image (Build and restore)
• SCCM Imaging on laptop and desktop.
• Citrix Xen App End User Support.
• BigFix Remote Tool Support on desktop, laptop and citrix session
• MDM support to Captain, Pilots, Cabin Crews and corporate user configuration.
• MDM Application support to users(Corporate Email, iPilot, Jeppesen, OPT Boeing, Intelex, AIB Manager(Airbus), Lido)
• Data migration using Citrix Sharefile
• Reporting and maintain client more 4000+ on Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus console.
• Provide assistance to users to resolve their problems on-line. Log problem calls/ tickets into the Help-Desk Managing engine Ticketing system and IBM ICD Tool within SLA.
• All software, O365, Network printer, Laptop, Desktop system support installation windows version and MAC support basic.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the five projects to design, developed and maintained to support LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN covering 200 nodes including remote sites using following tools
SERVER OPERATING SYSTEM:
• Microsoft - Windows 2003, Windows 2008 R2.
SERVER APPLICATION:
• Microsoft - Domain, ADDS, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server. HperV
o Deploy and maintain Domain controller and Operations master roles.
o Deploy and maintain ADDS feature create OU, Users and computers.
o GPOs define security options, software installation and maintenance options, script options, and folder redirection options.
o Setup Domain Name System.
o Deploy and maintain DHCP within scope and reservation.
o Deploy and maintain file server quota and file screening management.
o Deploy and maintain printer server priority, scheduleing and print management.
o Deploy and maintain hyperV machines.
o Scheduling backup of system state backup.
• Internet - ccproxy (internet Sharing)
DATABASE:
• Microsoft - SQL Server 2008 (Install, Attach DB, Schedule Backup, Restore)
HOSTING & EMAIL SERVER:
• Godaddy - Register domain, web hosting and Backup, Email-Create, Configure
and website managing using CPanel contents updation.
• Mail Server - MDEMON v. 10, 11.
• Client - Window Live Mail, MS Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 Smart Phones.
SOFTWARE - Attendance management, ERP(Install, user Creation, Role Creations)
ADMINISTRATION - Biometric Devices, Audio and video Conferences, CCTV, DVR,
NVR.
HARDWARE - PC, Laptop, Printer and Scanner and Troubleshooting.
NETWORKING - RJ45, Patch Cabling, Network Design LAN and Wireless Routers.
PROCUREMENT - Quotation and negotiation with vendors (Server, Plotters, Pc’s,
Laptops, Printer, Scanner, biometric, Cameras, network Accessories)
ASSET RECORD - IT asset Inventory Management
Install, configure and managing printers, Pc, Laptop, WLAN, hardware and software and official documentation of Project.
