Ensure that standard systems are properly maintained at warehouses.
Ensure that accurate and complete transaction, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained
Prepared Material Plan, S&OP with discuss of Production Head.
Arrange Rolling Sales Forecast and split in 01 month confirm and 02 month for rolling.
Plan safety Stock in Plant and maintain 6th week Inventory in Distributor level.
Forecasting between Ex-distributor sales and Ex-factory sales further forward to marketing department for sales variance.
