BMS (Building management systems)
I. Having working knowledge of Honeywell, Schneider Electric & Siemens BMS systems.
II. Installation & Configuration of Visual Logical Controllers.
III. Installation & Configuration of Actuators, Humidity, Temp, Flow sensor & CO Sensors.
IV. Monitoring & Operating knowledge of Booster Pump, Circulation pump Secondary pump.
V. Responsible for the monitoring of Water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, kitchen exhaust fan, fresh air handling unit.
VI. Responsible for monitor and control the Fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation and elevator control in the building.
VII. Troubleshoot- Using blueprints to troubleshoot electronic components, relays, control modules and monitor modules.
ACS (Access control system)
I. Having Knowledge of Bosch, Biostar, Nedap, Kentek, Lenal Access control systems.
II. Installation & Configuration of Controllers.
III. Installation & Configuration of card readers, locks, push button, Door monitor.
IV. Installation & Configuration Building integration system.
V. Having merging knowledge of PAS, CCTV with building integration system.
VI. Working knowledge of ANPR (Automatic number plate reader), Upass reader, Bluetooth & Bar Code reader.
VII. Working knowledge of Crash barrier & Drop arm barrier.
VIII. Having merging knowledge of Fire alarm system with Access control system.
FAS (Fire Alarm System)
I. Having Knowledge of Bosch, ESSER, Honeywell, Simplex, Siemens & GE Fire alarm systems.
II. Wiring connection and lay out for fire alarm system from panel to loop up to smoke detector.
III. Maintain Alarm Panel- Coordinate with customer to test, service, maintain, install, and solder electronic components if needed.
IV. Inspection- Inspect electrical/fire alarm/network systems and their components tobuilding/county code for the purpose of evaluating conditions and identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance.
V. Safety- Comply with company and OSHA safety regulations to ensure safe procedures in the workplace.
VI. Responsible for the monitoring of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit alarm.
CCTV (Closed circuit television)
I. Having Knowledge of BVMS, Honeywell, OPEL, AXIS, Hikvision & GE Fire alarm systems.
II. Cable laying Indoor/ Outdoor Camera Installation, Labeling.
III. Provide fault analysis for CCTV cameras.
IV. Cat6 Cable testing, termination labeling in data room center.
V. Installing patch panel, power over adaptor (POE) in data room center.
VI. Installation and configuration of IP cams, NVR/ DVR, VRM, switches and ServersVII. Testing of IP cam’s, patch panels.
VIII. Installation, Testing & Termination of UTP, OFC Cables with proper color coding.
PAS/VAS (Public address system/Voice evacuation system)
I. Having Knowledge of Bosch, TOA & NOVA Public address systems.
II. Having merging knowledge of PAS with FAS & other systems.
Determine scope, budget and schedules for FTTH, ISP, OSP projects.
Perform construction and maintenance of OSP infrastructure according to industry standards.
Prepare weekly summary report of daily activities and coordinate with progress division for project status.
Develop mitigation and restoration procedure for emergencies conditions such as fiber damages, power failures and other disasters.
Responsible for the strict implementation guidelines through evaluation of safety status report.
Perform site survey inspection/stacking and prepare work order or site instruction when necessary
Supervising the trench, FOC cable laying, duct laying, concrete encasement & responsible for milling and asphalt paving.
Supervise the installation of FDT, HH, MMH, Trenches, Marking post.
Supervised the mandrel test, duct test.
Cable pulling through cable pulling machine from HH to MMH inside city for ducted route.
Supervised the ISP work including testing, splicing, OTDR testing loss report.
Make an FTR after OTDR Test.
Inspection of the teams working on the site.
Making Daily basis, monthly report and FTR report after OTDR Test.
Responsible for installation, termination, splicing of optical fiber cable & copper cables.
Cat6 Cables. Crimping straight and cross also include cable testing with using testing tools. Installation of CCTV Fixed & PTZ Camera.
Testing & Configuration of camera through camera tester.
🟔 Planning of Optical fiber cable jointing and splicing for ongoing projects and Cooperate customers.
🟔 GPON and Pin to port diagram.
🟔 Preparation and Installation of ODF, Splitter, Coupler.
🟔 Hands on experience of test equipment’s like E1 tester, Power meter, OTDR, Splicing Machine & Spectrum Analyzer
🟔 Shifting, Reinstallation, commissioning of connectivity to DSLAMs at different sites, in the existing network.
🟔 Manage Complaints and Installation.
🟔 Configuration of ZTE, Hawaii, ZyXel Modems & Routers or LAN, WAN, WLAN, IP networks.
🟔 IPTV and IP Phone installation and troubleshooting.
🟔 Resolving the media issues for coaxial cable and Optical fiber systems.
🟔 Perform physical site audits such as MDF patching and Jumper with DSLAM or ONU’s.
🟔 Verify, resolve and maintain follow-ups of customer & corporate complaints.
🟔 Installation, Testing & Splicing of OFC, Copper wire.
🟔 In depth knowledge of LAN, WAN their devices, Core Routing and Switching.
