• Served as Field Service Engineer from Oct 2006 to May 2008 and Associate Site Administrator at PEW Airport currently doing as a Engineer Field operation in Islamabad Pakistan.
• Performed all installation of Routers, IPSEC box, Juniper devices, Riverbed equipments according to SITA / Orange Business Services standards and procedures.
• Worked on Large projects and Main customer in Pakistan like Phillip Morris International (Lakson tobacco) installed 18 switches on fiber connectivity and 8 Cisco wireless access points, Saudi Arabian airlines their main automation project named as IMCAN project installed all new HP equipments and their Operating Systems and their applications.
• Worked as a Associate Site Administrator at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore and Peshawar Int’l Airport to resolved fault calls during on site & on call periods for CUTE systems.
• Maintain & update all of CUTE Servers, Routers and Switches of SITA at Peshawar Int’l Airport & Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore Installation of operating system (XP) workstations, configuration, testing and update of XS software (CUTE APC), User Software configuration to meet customer & site specific requirements.
• Coordinate with the local airlines representatives, host representatives, the airport authorities, handling agents on a regular basis.
• Responsible for problem and incident management, problem rectification, ensuring correct escalation path is followed etc.
• Timely installation or upgrades of new ADS products, e.g. hardware and software
• Ensuring that Customers remain satisfied with all aspects of delivered service, and that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate with PTT staff for line faults.
