end users and advised the management on improvisation; adhered to set
standards of Change Management policies and other corporate quality
initiatives
• Defined scope (BOQ, Specification, Method Statement), RFP Tender

• Provided end-to-end management of programs/ multiple projects from
conceptualization to the final execution of projects; interfaced with teams
for business requirements gathering, analysis and finalization of
specifications and service delivery
• Developing comprehensive project plans in accordance with the customer
requirements and organization’s goal and coordinating with several teams
and managers and assisting them through all the phases of the project
• Analysing the economic aspects of the project and providing suggestions of
areas of improvements regarding cost benefit and return-on-investment
standards
• Overseeing acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and
during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and
in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with
vendors
• Managed projects from the stage of managing budgets to keeping close track
of project delivery; managed business operations and ensured 24 /7
availability of production environment; consistently met and exceeded
SLAs; offered recommendations for troubleshooting of complex problems
• Planned & implemented additions, deletions and major modifications to the
supporting regional infrastructure
• Implemented ITSM best practices and business services for the Service
Management Department that included developing best practices for ITSM
