• Meet up the essential requirements of the inbound queries

• Enable interaction to call center agents to handle large numbers of volumes of incoming calls in a direct or automated fashion as well as communicate by phone or chat sessions
• Customer concerns, assist with returned materials, answer technical questions and make exchanges
• Ensure consistence and timely service to end customers by providing tools and expertise to manage problem resolution and ongoing service relationship
