• Inspect structural elements and conduct random inspections for compliance to building permit, approved drawings as well as issued rules & regulations.
• Coordinate between the consultant/contractor and clients regrading inspections.
• Prepare, maintain and organize reports, investigations report and records for all projects in the assigned area as per requirements of the department and regulations.
• Issue violation notices and suspend the work orders for the issues not complying with design, approved drawings as well as issued rules & regulations.
• Reviews and submit work orders, progress reports, field changes, as-built records to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Conduct structural/random site inspections at various intervals.
• Check the executed work if complying with the approved drawings and materials.
• Perform other duties incidental to job by Management.
• Maintain proper and solid lines of communication between the Client, Consultant, Contractor and the governing body (PCFC) to clarify all concerns and help solve all types of issues.
Pre-Bid:
• Prepare tender’s BOQs, design specifications, drawings and documentations for new projects.
• Obtaining NOC’s from various authorities (DM, DCCA, Trakhees, RTA, DEWA and DCD).
Post-Bid:
• Supervision of work activities on site: Foundation, Slabs, Columns and all other concrete items.
• Finishing Works: flooring, walls, plaster, paints and all other finishing items.
• Carry out the specified inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection / Test Plans.
• Monitor progress of work against construction programme to ensure that the progress is in accordance to the construction programme.
• Monitor, control, and coordinate the works of different trade subcontractors and report on their progress and or trends for problems / delays to Project Manager.
• Establishes detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.
• Involved in the material submittal and following up to secure the final approval.
• Interior and finishing works.
• Cost control & reporting.
• Follow up material deliveries.
• Liaise with project team members and with other divisions whenever required
• Inspects regularly hotel facilities.
• Reviews and ensures service levels are being maintained.
• Provides periodic updates to Management.
• Overlooking the management of day to day stores and logistics functions and operational routines.
• Data mining and various custom report preparation.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
• Manage and lead the planning and controlling team to effectively accomplish department.
• Record and maintain daily site events.
• Ensure reporting to directors.
• Develop and implement planning, controlling and forecasting procedures and tools.
• Preparation of monthly and annual reports.
• Handle invoicing and billing for customers and suppliers and follow-up on it with the accounts department.
• Prepare and follow up on internal administrative forms and procedures.
