 Present weekly and monthly reports to chairman for all projects, and follow up the action plane for Factories governmental procedures and implanting Administrative Regulations.
 Follow up all the Constructions actions for the Chairman Proprieties.
 Efficiency in filing and keeps all the relevant documents safe and retrieves them as when needed in Strong filing system. Managing, maintaining, dispatching and securing an updated coding and filing system for all correspondences of the chairman office in the hard and soft format
 Responsible to prepare in a timely manner all the business reports necessary for the Chairman to conduct business meetings, records the minutes of all Board meetings as well as the minutes of any committees to which is assigned, making sure all actions are duly noted Ensuring minutes are distributed to members shortly after each meeting and following up them .
 Handle all memberships and subscriptions of the company and chairman with other service providers or institutions.
 Supervise and evaluate the performance of the blue collars within the office within his/her span of control.
 Full responsibility of Event management internally and externally including budget management.
 Involved in dictated letters and texts from chairman and translating it from Arabic to English to be sent to foreign potential partners. And Agents.
 Assist other departments in translating their Arabic letters to English and also revise the English versions other departments have made.
 Communicating with other business potential partners overseas with instructions from chairman.
 Follow all instruction from chairman regarding all our businesses and projects.
 Meeting with chairman and other managers with some potential business partners, during certain meetings.
 Marketing research for strategy implementing for our business.
 Developing marketing plans and full responsibility for all advertising planning and Marketing campaigns.
 Searching for Advertising offers and choosing with chairman the best possible ones according to price and best quality. Giving my opinion in the chosen ones and explaining why I chose them. And all other suppliers' offers related to advertising and marketing stuff.
 Used to meet with advertising and printing agencies for printing opinions and marketing tools required.
 Following up on all Departments Managers reports weekly with the administration department and all their reports to be present to Chairman in Weekly and monthly Reports .
 Follow up the training of new stuff and secretarial stuff specially.
 Develop company structure and policy with Chairman.
 Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
 Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for The Chairman.
 Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings
 Develop new products that are already launched in the market or still in the experimental phase.
 Technical Internet Research for Chairman.
 Establishes research methodology and designs format for data gathering, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires.
 Searching and attending exhibitions, conferences and seminars to discover new opportunities.
 Gathers data on competitors and analyzes prices, sales, policies, and methods of marketing and distribution.
 Collects and analyzes data on customer demographics and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors.
 Scan and research daily newspaper and present summarized reports to Chairman (Tender announces - Exhibitions - Real Estate offers).
 Assist in negotiating attractive contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers to save on expenses.
 Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
 Other duties as assigned.
