• Filling complaints in Police Departments and Public Prosecution department.
• Attending court hearings and Police Investigations.
• Filling law suits in court and submitting Memorandums and defense in hearings.
• Register, follow up and keep record of court hearing and complaints dates, decisions and judgments.
• Updating the companies’ court hearing, complaints updates, decisions and judgments as per the procedures.
• Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, Drafting and Re-drafting contracts and agreements;
• prepares correspondence, drafts letters/responses/ notices.
• Review and draft internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Responsible for development and implementation of operational procedures and internal controls covering Legal activity, in line with legislative requirements and effective legal policies.
• Provide other services to the organization such as Legal research of and Judgments and assist HR in employee misconduct management.
• Draft the legal correspondences between the company and other potential opponent, for instance: LODs, notice of breach and notice of termination, etc.
• Responsible for development and implementation of operational procedures and internal controls covering Legal activity, in line with legislative requirements and effective legal policies.
• Drafting statement of claims and statement of defense.
• Drafting HR forms, carrying out labor investigations and come up with adequate reports and advise on the legal appropriate actions according to the applicable laws and developing company’s policies.
• Read case law and prepare case briefs.
• Translating legal documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
• Acting as budget meetings secretary, drafting minutes of meetings and following up the implementation and compliance of the BOD resolutions.
