I currently lead the graphic design arm of The Nawaya Network as their senior graphic designer, and I produce print and digital communication products for the Network’s multiple digital platforms. Through Nawaya, I am able to work on projects that are directed towards different goals and audiences, I also handle the design of training curricula and annual reports for various programs.
I was the graphic designer for several clients (MOPH, OXFAM, Embrace, World Bank, etc.), with whom I developed print and digital design material to communicate their needs in an appealing and clear manner. Throughout my total of 13 years of experience, I gained and improved my skills in print and digital design through developing campaigns that communicate with different kinds of audiences. Moreover, I was able to design for books, brochures, pamphlets, rollups, and backdrop
banners, as well as outdoor advertising such as billboards and banners. This also includes file preparation in terms of ensuring readability and legibility of the material, adequate and complementary colors, and high resolution of pictures, as well as advising various printing houses on choosing the best material that ensures good
quality of the designed material.

I previously held the role of graphic designer at the Office of Strategic Communications and Public Relations for the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) for 10 years, during which I handled the production of print and digital communication material for AUBMC’s campaigns and visibility efforts and worked on developing several print and online healthcare campaigns on various topics. My role was also focused on creating the main concept, developing diverse print and digital communication
materials, and ensuring printable materials are delivered within the best standards, both in Lebanon and abroad. As the first graphic designer to be hired at the office, I was able to grasp the brand guidelines, and I became highly proficient in applying them. With the launch of AUBMC’s social media channels, I developed social media guidelines that helped us create posts for our different social media platforms. Moreover, through my experience, I guided other graphic designers that were hired later on to become familiar with the brand and oversaw their work until they became proficient with AUBMC's brand guidelines. I also oversaw the work of our agency’s creatives, who helped us with the day-to-day tasks to make sure the brand guidelines were applied.
Embrace is an NGO that raises awareness on mental health and suicide prevention. As a graphic designer, I handled the design of all visual materials for Embrace both print and digital. Delivering such delicate public health messages required an intricate process of research to deliver the educational message in a simple yet engaging manner.
