• Manage the day-to-day digital communications activities of the NGO.
• Develop and conduct market research for setting national and regional marketing and
communications priorities and strategies.
• Ensure adherence to the brand and positioning across the organization’s materials.
• Develop & implement the communications strategy across print, broadcast, radio, outdoor
and online media in order to reach all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with all the departments of the organization to showcase impact and progress
on projects and create supporting communication material.
• Handle multiple management and design tasks. Projects included publications, identities,
packaging, naming and brand strategies.
• Develop sketches and concepts in-line with briefs and project specificities and come up
with creative solutions.
• Collect project briefs from clients, draft and communicate internal project briefs with
creative director and lead project manager.
• Organize and manage work flow, assessing and distribute tasks and draft internal and
external calendar.
• Initiate critique sessions and give constructive feedback to designers.
• Establish follow-up with clients in the process of design management.
• Produce pre-press artworks, draft printing specifications, proof and approve final deliverables.
• Develop concepts and execute ideas into creative
identity solutions.
• Follow-up on projects and keep track of deliverables with
client servicing manager and creative director.
• Prepare and check files for print at the production phase.
• Conduct research and provide assistance to the brand
strategy team.
• Lead, train and provide art direction to junior designers
for the building of a strong creative team.
• Design and execute visual identities and publications for
several local clients in different businesses.

The graphic design program at AUB is a four year program with areas of emphasis in graphic and communication design, publication, corporate identity, illustration, silkscreen, photography, typography, interactive media, production and motion graphics. The 4th year consists of writing a thesis which then develops and translates into a full fledge design project.
