o Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for reports, stored procedures, interfaces, conversions, data migration.

CLM Execution Administrator resource launches Campaigns in all channels (Direct Channels, Frontline, Dedicated teams) and monitors system performance to assure the campaigns are launched properly.
Responsibilities
- Design the campaign launch in Bank’s direct channel
- Design the campaign criteria and list
- Liaise with marketing and products to finalize campaign collaterals and text
- Automate the list in campaign Automation
- Create the segment in OBIEE and connect it to the campaign in CRM to launch it through different channels (ATM, SMS, EDM)
- Make analysis and Create reports and dashboards in OBIEE to monitor the campaigns and leads performance
- Design these reports based on products/segments/channels needs
- Do manual corrections if the system is not working properly
- Correct the wrong users input data and train the users for inputting correct data
- Create processes writing in details all the steps needed to launch campaigns in all channels, create processes for departments daily tasks
