1. Marketing Scoop all across the UAE, Kuwait and Oman with frequent
travels
2. Achieve Assigned targets set by management to a specific number of
projects yearly with the assigned regions.
3. Prepare a report about the compatibilities of the company products
with the market trend.
4. Work Closely with sales managers in different areas to ensure that
their agreed specification objective is achieved
5. Develops & adapts marketing plan for the company’s Specialty Product
Range and conducts marketing activities
6. Organizing informative and technical presentations and seminars in
order to educate architects.
7. Travel to remote markets in order to cover specification in different
countries assigned by the marketing manager.
8. Attends meeting with potential clients to determine technical and
business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is
collated prior to producing a solution.
9. Training and guiding new members in the sales & Marketing team.
10. Assisting consultants, owners and developers in selecting the value
added products (technically and commercially)
11. Demonstrating company’s products and technologies effectively to
audience of various technical knowledge.
12. Visit Facades consultant and provide technical solution to them.
13. Represent the company at external events including conferences, trade
shows, and product exhibitions.
14. Ensure good relations with consultants and Architects through various
activities such as technical presentations and factory tours.
15. Improving Market and Competitors awareness through collecting data
from various sources such as online sites, attending seminars
16. Other duties as assigned by sales & Marketing Director
A joint venture company with “The Global Hospital"
A) New Smouha Project (Project manager)
• Technical coordination between the engineering department and consultants
• Take and give advice to consultants in regards to technical on ground modifications
• Utilizing technical & designing knowledge on making suitable helpful project blue print drafts for better coordination between all departments and consultants
• Main project Point of contact on Technical - non technical advice
• Frequent site visits for better on ground execution
• Internal coordination between Top management and the engineering department
• Coordinating with project consultants (including Drawings for execution, technical specifications, project conditions and Bill of quantities)
• MOM handling and following up with all meetings parties
• Tender Documents revision and evaluation
• Following up with site work progress
• Coordination with all project parties such as consultants, designers, suppliers and contractors during site work
B) Green Coast Project & Green Tanta Project (Technical office engineer)
• Blue Prints Revision and evaluation
• Following up with site work progress
• Architectural and I.D. designer office
• MOM handling and following up with all project parties

• Participating in hospital existing and outstanding parts redesign in newly acquired area
• New hospital design presentation preparation
b) Technical office engineer tasks
• Monthly technical report reflecting status of project updates
• Tender Documents revision and evaluation, coordinating with project consultants (including Drawings for execution, technical specifications, project conditions and Bill of quantities)
• Project information and drawings revision and archiving
• Following up with concrete skeleton site work progress
• Hospital concrete skeleton areas calculation and allocation as separate parts to meet skeleton ownership agreements and following up on their completion with financial and legal departments
c) Engineering coordinator tasks
• Internal coordination between admin and engineering departments
• Technical coordination between hospital engineering department and project Architectural and I.D. designer office
• Technical coordination between hospital engineering department and project MEP and Civil consultants
• Coordination with all project parties such as consultants, designers, suppliers and contractors
