We’ is one of the famous stores for Women’s wear fashion with several branches across Lebanon.
As Shop Manager and handling 3 different branches,

my duties were the followings;

•Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and developing field sales action plans
•Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
•Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
•Created databases and spreadsheets that improved inventory management and reporting accuracy.
•Supervising, scheduling and assigning employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
•Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks & participating in professional societies.
