- Provide technical support in the development and effective implementation of monitoring systems for the socio-economic projects including the development of monitoring guidelines and tools
- Provide quality assurance and technical support to LFPADE in program management and monitoring
- Provide technical support and preparing relevant material and reports, including supporting results based reporting and RBM framed planning as well as dissemination of information/knowledge to donors and respective teams
- Contributed to project visibility including managing a Facebook page and presented the project success stories and objectives in an international convening held in Jordan for UN Women guarantees
1-Prepared an Inception Report that defines the project methodology and activities including: detailed methodology, sampling strategy, field plan, development of data collection tools, and a plan of analysis
2- Trained moderators on the qualitative tools for moderation and transcription
3- Coordinated and liaised with the moderators during the qualitative data collection phase on day-to-day basis (to get feedback, instruct and direct in case of any encountered issues)
4- Reviewed all FGDs/KIIs notes received by moderator(s)
5- Conduct thematic analysis of all FGDs/KIIs notes
6- Prepared a comprehensive report that includes results of the: (a) desk review (of both the qualitative and quantitative consultants), (b) findings of the thematic analysis, (c) and findings of the statistical analysis.
- Recruited various municipalities and conducted focus groups with community members from all of the Lebanese districts.
- Developed a strategy to tackle antimicrobial abuse and misuse based on a bottom-up approach involving different stakeholders
- Conducted literature reviews on different topics
- Assisted in developing an a pilot intervention that aims to raise awareness about antimicrobial medicine’s abuse
- Assisted in developing grant proposals for research studies on patient perspective on NCD services and prevalence of cardiac arrest in Lebanon
- Developed and analyzed the results of patient satisfaction survey
- Conducted needs assessment for the PHC clients
- Tailored a communication training for the staff on “complaint handling & conflict resolution”
- Conducted needs assessment for a network of schools inside Bourj Hammoud and developed an intervention based on the results.
- Assisted instructors in the “Medical Lab. Sciences” Department and the “Health Promotion and Community Health” Department in research work - Prepared session plans and workshop agendas for trainers in the Center of Public Health Practice (CPHP)
- Conducted a feasibility study for about one year and pitched it next to jury
- Set up a 10-days workshop for women to learn sewing skills
- Initiated an online / offline marketing campaign to promote second chance exhibition
- Won first place and the best innovative idea award (as part of a team) at the "Social Entrepreneurship Competition" in April 2012
