Job responsibility:
Dispense medications according to the physicians orders by reviewing original drug order for appropriateness prior dispensing.
Instruction patients on how to use medications, possible side effects and storage.
Data entry of medication and respective prices, ensur that all medications of the properly labeled when dispensed.
Order medicines stock maintenance & maintain proper computerized recordes of pharmacy inventory and inspections of the proper storage including those requiring refrigeration & freezing.
Monitor the expiry date of inventory controlled drugs and recording required by Minstry of health.
