Provide administrative and clerical support.
•Preparing correspondence (letters/faxes/emails/memos/presentations).
• Filing of various documents.
•Manage the Manager's diary, schedule meetings / appointments appropriately.
•Perform additional duties / assignments as directed.
•Assists in the Department Head in the development and implementation of policies, develops operating procedures, forms and systems. Plans, develops

•Keep accurate records of inventory including computers, desks, test phones, stationary, and any other asset.
•Keep track of utility bills and make sure they are settled on time. (Phone, water,
electricity).
•Design filling systems, ensuring filling systems are maintained and up to date, ensuring protection and security of files & records, & ensuring effective transfer of files & records.
