• Oversee daily sales operations, including order processing, inventory
coordination, and stock availability, to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing best practices in selling techniques
and customer relationship management

• Greet and assist customers in locating products throughout the store
• Conduct regular price checks and update price tags/labels as needed
• Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase average transaction value
• Provide product information, recommendations, and pricing details to customers
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory counts during scheduled audits
• Follow company policies on returns, exchanges, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily/weekly sales
targets
• Provide excellent customer service to build repeat business and customer loyalty
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate to a
manager when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, billing, technical support) to resolve cross
functional customer issues
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the
CRM/helpdesk system
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies to
customers
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, live
chat, and/or social media channels
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response
time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance
reviews

• Stay updated on product/service changes, promotions, and company policies
through ongoing training
• Handle sensitive customer information in compliance with data privacy and
confidentiality policies
