• Complete involvement in the RFQ process and tender opening.
• Preparation of Purchase Requisition through Oracle, monthly basis for the operational stationery requirements for Doha and entire Region.
• Maintaining stock levels and regular warehouse inspections.
• Prepare CMC
• Assist in contract preparations and Tender Evaluations.
• Monitor and Supervise all functions of Cargo Admin
