- Control the site activities for bridge works (Piles-pile caps- piers - bearing installation - formwork and steel reinforcement - bridge post-tensioning...etc), Underpass (Excavation, Formation, Blinding, waterprooding, screed, bases and walls, roof slabs, mass concrete, crash barrier and finishing works) and pump station.
- Maintain the quality and safety at work as per company policy and project requirements.
- Prepare three weeks look ahead for site activities and discuss the program with project manager prior to implementation at site.
- Prepare the materials request and follow up the delivery as per required dates.
- Liaise with the Engineer’s representatives to resolve any technical issues and conduct the site inspections.
- Ensure regular tool box talk conducted at site for workers to be are familiar with quality and safety requirements.

- Analysis of budgeting and the financial monitoring of projects.
- Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
- Site Follow-up inspections and progress planning.

I was a Software Trainer for Some Design Structural's Software ( SAP2000, ROBOT, ...) and Planning's Software ( Ms Project).
- Site supervision for the rehabilitation of old bridges and others structures.
- Site Follow-up activities and daily report (preliminary report, auscultation report, structure
capacity report, report solution of rehabilitation).
- Structural engineering design of concrete and steel structures, different kind of bridge’s
desk, steel structures, various industrial construction and others for habitation.
- Choose the type of structures after a multi criteria analyze (economic, environment,
aesthetic…etc).
- Briefing CAD technicians and checking drawings.
- Assist with engineering designs and liaise on technical approvals
- Identify options and recommend solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Providing comment on design calculations and drawings.
- Analysis and reporting the degradation of structures.
- Regular progress meetings with Clients and Contractors.
