• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office, Toad Oracle and any other authorized desktop applications
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
• Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network
• Joining users in domain with specific permissions.
• Provide user data and application recovery.
• Apply and manage deployment for applications and upgrades for servers on a regular basis using SCCM-2012, Configure/add new services as necessary and for managing large group of computers.
• Working on OS Imaging/cloning
• Install and configured Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2007&2010 with Exchange & Pop3 (PST) personal storage backup for outlook emails.
• Backup and restore of applications user files and outlook files
• Remotely troubleshooting to users in different locations. With team viewer, remote desktop connection.
• Install and configure Network printers & share printer to all user.
• Troubleshooting for switches, modems, network outlets, Desktops, laptops, printers and scanners.
• Working on BMC Remedy.(ticket system)
• Handle all the Tickets w.r.t Desktop / Laptops / Printers / E-Podium
• Work on the tickets and resolve them with the right technical resources
• Co-ordinate and implement change Requests
• Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications and create AIGs or Update for any inconsistency.
• Update Customer post implementations and obtain user confirmation.
• Update IT Access and Help Desk immediately after every call.
• Root Cause Analysis for repeat calls.
• Self-learning to enhance skills on multiple applications or domains.
• Maintaining ministry application and mail server.
• Running Ministry Applications Through JAVA plugin.
• Working on Ministry barcode machines through server based applications.
• Monitoring and analyzing any viruses that affect the network. And ensuring client is getting update from server on daily and weekly basis
• Accessing Network L-2 switches and maintaining vlans.
