Operational Duties (Seasonal):
Ensure smooth running of plant. And operations related activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Operation of Steam T/G set of Power house, Boiler house, mechanical stationary and rotating equipment in the plant, such as turbo machinery, steam turbines, pumps, compressors, furnaces, heat exchangers, steam generators, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic equipment's, cutters and other process equipments.
Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns, diagnosing faults to be fixed and repairing machinery/equipment.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Supervise and provide engineering support to technical staff in achieving business goals and producing a Quality product.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety, Quality policies and procedures.
Preparation & submission of daily, monthly mill performance and stoppages reports to Technical Manager.
Maintenance Duties (Off-Seasonal):
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work.
Overhauling, maintenance of Steam T/G set of Power house, Boiler house, mechanical stationary and rotating equipment in the plant, such as turbo machinery, steam turbines, pumps, compressors, furnaces, heat exchangers, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic equipment's, cutters and other process equipments. and replacing parts according to schedule, Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts.
Carrying out quality inspections.
Fabrication, site erection and fitting new equipments & parts, making sure equipment is working correctly and fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
Supervising engineering and technical staff.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety, Quality & design.
Keeping production managers informed of progress. Preparation & submission of daily, monthly progress report to Technical Manager.
QA/QC Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the QA/QC Plan and existing Manual.
Communicate to respective team the QA/QC System and monitor the implementation.
Promote to the team initiatives related to Quality.
Assists as necessary the Engineering department in the evaluation and correction of specific quality control problems and issues.
Performs QA/QC Checks, audits and reviews.
Manage the continuous Quality training, assessment and human factors of the staff.
Performs all other duties, tasks and initiatives contributing to the success of the company.

Project : Erection of Falling Film Evaporators, New Office Building, Plant Modification and Extension.

Provide frequent on-site monitoring and enforcement of installation schedules and vendor quality with vendors / subcontractors for different packages including storage and fabrication. Inspect prospective and completed facilities in accordance with corporate Design standards and procedures, ensuring proper follow-up on punch lists and warranty work.
Overall review responsibility for plumbing pipelines, sanitary, Fire Protection works and lights fittings.
Responsible for processing of contractors bills, payment certificates, rate analysis, cost estimates.
Lead and coordinate design efforts between internal teams and external vendors to develop optimal solutions.
Identification of risks to the quality of work and the completion program, and associated solutions.
Visual Inspection on incoming materials and consumables.
Monitor the workers performance, attendance & maintaining a record.
Supervision of Piping Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical and Painting jobs, dimensional/material check on fabricated spools as per drawing and making a material traceability.
Audit, inspect equipment of Contractors. Advice and assist Contractors in maintaining and upgrading their equipment to ensure high quality job. Trouble shooting.
Preparation & submission of weekly, monthly progress report to General Manager including quality highlights.
