As main client, supervise & monitor.
Installation, Configuration, Calibration and function test of Plant Instrumentation during pre-commissioning and commissioning phase. Such as loop / function test, proper installation of field instruments as per company standards
Worked with smart plant review (SPR) 3D as reference. To coordinates & assist vendors for any modification / rectification such as wrong installation etc. informed/ submitted QC discipline for any surveillance reported found such as missing/ damaged instruments during improper handling/ preservation and responsible in preparing site instruction (SI) for any disconnection, removal & reinstall of field instruments performed punch closing for mechanical completion and pre startup safety review.
Performed Loop check activities from DCS Console and field.
Raised punches for Graphics, Alarms, Trends etc., and in field raised punches for any missing items and incorrect installations as per hook up drawings, ILD and Datasheets,
Reviewing plant documentations i.e., P&ID’s, Data sheets, ILDs, Hookups, Calibration data sheets, SPI’s, etc.
Participated for Safe Plants Startup several time (EO, EOD, ESS, BGE, Amiens.
Maintaining Third Party systems, MRU, PSA, etc.
Performing Preventive and corrective maintenances activities.
Worked at various Plants of PFL
I was responsible for the Maintenance, Modification and Troubleshooting of Control Systems DCS / PLC/ SCADA.
Looking after several types of networking protocols by hardware and software both, i.e. Ethernet, Vnet IP, Profibus, Modbus, Canbus, Genious Bus, RS-485, RS-232
Calibration of all types of field and control room instrumentation.
Performed all types of maintenance for field instrumentation.
I also worked on various projects of PFL and participated for the Commissioning, Pre-startups and startup activities.

• Working at Utilities Plants
(CoGen) Power Plant 03 No’s Gas Turbines (GE-10-1 each of 11.25MW)

HRSG 03 No’s each of 50 Ton/hr capacity,

BOP, Demin plant, Air compressors, cooling towers, EDG etc.
• Worked at Calcium Ammonium Nitrate Plant ESD up gradation Project.

(GE Fanuc Versamax),
Vibration Monitoring System (Vibro control) and
Weighing Systems (Schenck Process) etc.
Worked at Nitric Acid plant up gradation project (DCS) .
