Responsibilities:
All kind of construction jobs and carries out of all kind of instrument drawings.
• Installation check for transmitters, control valves, On-Off valve, temperature elements,
Flow switches, level Switches and JBs.
• Loop check inspection for transmitters (LT, FT, TT & PT) control valves, On-Off valve,
• PH analyzer, Conductivity analyzer, Oxygen Analyzer, Hydrogen Analyzer, CO Analyzer VOC Analyzer, TOC Analyzer & H2O2 Analyzer.
• Temperature elements, and level Switches.
• Capable to work on DCS ABB 800XA.
• Preparation of punch list / Site Status paper work.
• Stroke check and calibration of control Valves (Positioner 6200 Fisher). (Positioner 3730 & 3730-1 SAMSON). (Positioner SVI-II Masoneilan).
• Create maintenance procedure for level switches Liquicap-M series, Radial vibration probe, Axial vibration probe, pressure switches, Pressure safety valve, control valve with Positioners 6200 Fisher, 3730 & 3730-1 SAMSON & SVI-II Masoneilan, PH analyzer, Conductivity analyzer, Oxygen Analyzer, Hydrogen Analyzer, CO Analyzer VOC Analyzer, TOC Analyzer & H2O2 Analyzer.
• Worked on fork type vibration level switch and do loop check with adjusting safety barrier.
• Also Electrical support for rack in & rack out.
• Worked on also to adjust the timing SOVs for suction filter cleaning for compressor.
• Capable to work on adjust pressure safety valve.
• Capable to work on vibration probe to adjust gap-voltage Radial, Axial & Key-Phaser.
• Capable to work on Speed pick-up to adjust gap for rotation of turbine trip setting.

I worked in Maintenance as an Instrument & Control Technician at Ar-Razi Methanol Plant-3 &4 in Jubail Saudi Arabia through Abdullah al Barrak Industrial Services.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting and calibration of different transmitters (Pressure, Level, temp, and Flow etc), Pressure and Level Switches, Pressure gauges and also calibrate control valves.
• Magnetic flow meter ( YOKOWGAWA, KROHNE & ABB).
• Performs inspection, checking of instrument calibration, installation of conduits, tubing & instrument supports etc
• Installation and adjustment of pressure switches, Level Switches
• Installation and adjustment of Vibration / Thrust probes (Bentley Nevada 3300, 3500) of Steam Driven Turbine / Compressor (MHI).
• Installation and adjustment of Speed Pick Up probes and also worked on speed trip test.
