Overseeing and coordinating assigned engineering, planning, design,
and construction work, directing work assignments, ensuring
adherence to safety, quality, budget and schedules, coordinating the
administration & approval of assigned project elements.
Assisting to site superintendent on a day-to-day basis for the
coordination and development of plans, specifications, general &
special conditions, estimates, schedules and other documentation.
Coordinating the development of project activities including civil
facilities, track work, structural, geotechnical, utility, architectural,
mechanical, electrical, power, signals and communications and other elements.
Overseeing & managing day-to-day construction inspection activities,
performing professional level duties in support of assigned engineering
design and construction programs, applies design criteria, engineering
standards, technical criteria, and quality control and assurance
procedures.
Assisting in managing the daily concrete pouring to site superintendent
and Coordinating quantity to planning engineer to update schedule and
progress monitoring & recording through reports, correspondences in
Primavera P6 and MS-Project
Updating schedule and progress monitoring & recording through
reports, site photographs and correspondences in Primavera P6
preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports.
Verifying, monitoring, recording and tracking of materials, equipment
and tools delivered & accepted at job site.
Managing and coordinating 4’s M of resources money, manpower
machinery and material within the specified project and between
project sites.
Verification and Preparation BOQ’s, proposals and quotations for
client/Owner, venders and suppliers.
Visits to construction sites and Office works
working on software like ETAB
