• 3.5 years (03 year 05 months) working experience as “BROADBAND TECHNICIAN” in PTCL Broadband and Networking Department Bahawalpur Division.

=> Key Responsibilities
 Working on Computer software’s, Internet & Documentation.
 Good hand on Different software’s that are used in PTCL services processing, rectification and modifications i.e. (CMS, CRM, CCS, Portal, Support etc.)
 Customer care regarding to DSL and ISP etc. information and complaints handling.
 Creation of LAN, WAN on PPPoE, WLAN, Bridge and VPN connections.
 Install the new Circuits and the patching/Jumpering of new DSL connections at MDF in a professional manner.
 Able to working on MSAG (Multi Service Access Gateway), ONU (Optical Network Unit), NGN (Next Generation Network) in different manners.
 Good knowledge about DXX circuit, NWSD network and Optical Fiber communications.
 Able to Configure and Install the Cisco, Huawei (EcholifeHG510), ZTE (ZXDSL 831 CII) Shiro, Zyxel (P-600 SERIES and P-660HW SERIES) Fiberhome, Tenda and PTCL wireless devices DSL router, Cisco, D-Link, TP-link and VDSL routers at customer Premises.
 Installation or configuration of PTCL Smart TV (IPTV) and PCTV apps as per related information and also able to troubleshoot & resolve IPTV/PCTV faults.
 Able to use Insulation tester, Fault locator and Line quality tester to remove faults as well as to improve the quality of services & many more working objects.
 Also understand the ALC (numeric) and ADL (DSL) Card functions by getting work on it in the mean of troubleshooting.
 Also had a good coordination with the MM&BB management, NOC, NMS, NGN, Switch room staff and field staff.
 Now getting trainings on a new project firstly started by PTCL which is: GPON (Fiber, exchange to customer end).
