Duties and Responsibilities as NMS/EMS Level 2 engineer were as following:

1- NMS/EMS Manage service and troubleshooting Network and Servers issues.

Duties and Responsibilities as NOC Level 2 engineer & Leader were as following:

1- Coach and mentor NOC team to ensure that staff is working on issues as efficiently and accurately as possible in a team-oriented environment.
2- Management of the NOC shift engineers and resources who participate in the 24x7 shift rotate, including the scheduling of resource, absence, interviewing, vacation, Team needs, operational expense, etc.
3- Oversee day-to-day fault and performance management activities ensuring prompt network analysis, testing and corrective actions during network events in an effort to provide the highest quality network and maximum network availability for our customers.
4- Responsible for providing highly advanced assistance to customers to troubleshoot their escalated network issues, and be an escalation point for the NOC staff for complex issue resolution so that maintenance services are implemented to a high standard and within the SLA.
5- Responsible for providing highly technical support and troubleshooting as level 2 engineer and monitors day to day operations of Network Operation Centers.
6- Develop, refine, and document NOC policies, processes, procedures.
