• Management and coordination of all contractual property portfolio activities, inclusive of securing tenure for Telstra’s (the client) ongoing occupancy and access across the Telstra Network leasehold portfolio and eliminating risk to Telstra’s cross enterprise business activities.
• Management of all strategic and administrative related duties across the portfolio inclusive of budget development, rent-roll variance reporting and approvals, KPI adherence and periodic performance reporting to JLL Senior Management and Telstra Stakeholders.
• Delivering optimum commercial outcomes for all Telstra’s Network leasing negotiations and meeting all annual Network leasing financial and qualitative targets.
• A vital team member of a multi-disciplinary team with the purpose of the Site Acquisition, Environment and Design (SAED) for wireless telecommunications infrastructure in the state of Queensland
• Working alongside Town Planners and Design Engineers to provide solutions for the clients’ needs
• Organising site visits with landowners, landlords and/or property managers.
• Property feasibility studies including and not limited to property database searches, assisting the town planner in the identification of planning issues and communication with design engineers on how the proposed designs will affect the leased area/premises
• Reading of leases, designs, legislation, and site-specific documents
• Reporting to the client on the progress of the different sites under my responsibility
• Identification and assessment of greenfield and relocation sites
• Lease negotiations between the different parties
• Responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the Retail sector of the UAE
• Account Management of major customers such as Home Box, Danube Home and Home Centre
• Coordination of purchase orders from production through to delivery
• After sales service for warranty claims and customer management
• International sales and customer expansion into different regions - Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait
• Training of new sales staff for the Towell Mattress product range
