•Physical material receive/ issues (GRN, GI) from stock. Appropriate bookings in ACCESS.
•Deal with/and support subcontractors re any issues related construction and pre-commissioning materials
•Dealing with Materials Receiver Reports (MRR)
•Creation of Over, Shortage and Damage reports (OSD) where required
•Seeking for solution in order to meet the goal related with any OSD
•Creation of Non-conformance reports where required
•Joining weekly management reports
•Handover all operations spares to related division as per procedure
•Creation of Excess Materials Handover reports (EXHR)
•Support operations division with all needed to meet safe and effective task completion
•Arrange plant to plant materials movements
•Liaise with other departments in order to track appropriate material handling, on time reports
•Support accounting department in order to define shipments from Customs Union for arranging appropriate reports.
•Joining on all company required trainings
•Supervision of all material movements as per HSE requirements
