Plan and manage all Company facility services such as Counter Sales, Customer handling, Procurement, building Maintenance etc.
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.

Supervised procurement, allocation, distribution control and cost compilation/analysis of an annual budget
Receipting of inwards goods, minor stores management, management of the transport, mail, courier and stationery ordering functions;
Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment & oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
• Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with customers, suppliers and supply chain staff
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with clients and vendors
• Maintaining the database record of receivable & payable of suppliers/sub contractors & updating weekly/monthly progress reports.

• Analyze items and check the quality of materials before preparing them for dispatch

* Maintain inventory purchases, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count with computer-generated reports.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with contractors/suppliers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
• Make sales quotations, making LPOs, Invoices, Sales inventory database
• Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
• Manage and implement smooth workshop operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems (ERP system)
• Coordinates with fabrication team to dispatch the order timely.
• Ensures that all the company vehicles are well maintained and their legally document & permits are valid & renewed.
• Generate activities & schedule Reports
• Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse.
• Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
• Updating & maintaining computerized & paper based administrative records.
• Leading a team of up to 12 employees within the warehouse.
• Maintaining high standards of materials handling.
• Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Making sure that all freight receipts and deliveries are carried out in time.
• Arrange the vehicles & ensure timely productivity
• Warehouse related all inventories upload in SAP Inventory Management software like (Purchase Requisition, GRN generate, Issuance, Retrieval, Weekly/Monthly Stock Reports) etc.
• Collection of all reporting from concerned dept. for CEO
• Organize and maintain the database of vendors
• Control all finish goods warehouse operations and inspect quality of raw material in store.
• Daily reconciliation of data with issuance reports & physically stocks verification and weekly audit of spare part’s store.
• Supervise the dispatch unit of finish goods for smooth and fast movement with safety techniques.
• To train & develop staff for oriented results and motivate them to meet deadlines.
• Build relationship with Distributors & Vendors for business growth
• To maintain and strictly follow safety measures during loading /off loading
• Inventory management & maintaining the database of Distributors/Outlets
• Ensure daily stock of raw material for transparent production.
• Dealing with banks & follow up with vendors for the availability of raw materials
