• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VMware SDWAN VeloCloud.
• Perform configuration and troubleshooting of FortiGate, Palo Alto, and BIG IP F5 LTM.
• Perform configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco Routers, Cisco Catalyst & Nexus Switches, and HPE Aruba Switches.
• Configure and Manage the Juniper EX Switches and the Mist APs in the Juniper Mist Cloud.
• Work on NMS tools including SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Maintaining and updating the LAN & WAN diagram and complete inventory of network infrastructure, Live migration, and expansion without service interruption and provide technical support until complete project delivery.

• Designing Network Infrastructure, including planning equipment like Next Generation Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points, and Wireless controllers.
• Designing, Implementation, Configuration, Managing, Maintaining, and Troubleshooting Customers & Clients Network.
• Working on Security Firewall using FortiGate and Sophos Firewall.
• Working on Ubiquiti Unifi SDN Controller & AP, Switches.

•Working on Network, Security, Wireless, and VoIP using Multi-Vendor Cisco, Aruba HPE, Fortinet, Ubiquiti Network, and 3CX.
•Designing, Implementation, Configuration, Managing, Maintaining, and Troubleshooting Customers & Clients Network.
•Working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
•Working on Security Firewall using FortiGate Firewall and Sophos Firewall.
•Working on Ubiquiti Unifi SDN Controller & AP, Switches.
•Working on 3CX and Multi-vendor Voice gateway and IP Phone
• Designing, Implementing, Configuring, Managing, Maintaining, and troubleshooting SMB Customers and client Networks using multi-vendor products.
• Work on Switching platforms like Cisco Catalyst, HPE & Aruba switches, Arista, Huawei, Ubiquiti, D-Link, and Net Gear.
• Work on Routing platform using Cisco ISR & ASR series Routers.
• Work on Security Firewall using Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Sophos XG.

• Managing and troubleshooting escalated calls from field engineers, providing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing technical support to clients.
• Recommend configuration changes and network upgrades as required, and provide upgrade recommendations based on statistics and best practices.
• Works on Cisco & HPE switch, DreyTek Router and Cyberoam & PfSenese Firewall.
• Works on FreePBX & and Yeastar IP PBX, VoIP gateway, & and IP-Phone.
• Maintaining & updating the LAN & WAN diagram and complete inventory of network hardware along with interfaces, IP address, IOS version, etc.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Responsible for preliminary troubleshooting, escalation & and reporting, based on agreed SLA.
• Configure Network devices as per requirement and archive Configurations with Date and time stamps.
