Develop a Project Procurement Plan for the goods to procure from the
International Markets (i.e. identify key potential markets, preferred list of
suppliers, mapping of import and export regulation for Jordan)
• Carry out demand analyses and market assessments for the Project
Procurement.
• Keep track of all deadlines/closing date of quotation/tender’ssubmissions
and facilitate Comparative Bid Analysis (CBA) in addition to tender review
meetings with prior notification delivered to committee members.
• Draft the contract of purchase by paying attention to key clauses of the
contract, context of contract, and value calculation to ensure its readiness
for review and signing.
Communicate, liaise and negotiate with different business functions, in
particular Trading, IT, Marketing and Finance while developing and
implementing online trading strategy, budget and online marketing.
• Actively ensure that sales, profit and stock implications are as per
forecast and tracked through daily management of content and online
trading.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
• Optimize the online sales through effective planning and constantly
reviewing category growth opportunities, trends and stock procurement
strategies.
• Provide support to supply chain department to ensure timely and efficient
logistics support to each program.
Implement and adhere to internal policies, processes and procedures.
• Drive Efficient Product Procurement Operations.
• Negotiate lead time terms and identify priority shipments with suppliers to
adhere to department lead time objectives.
• Develop collaborative relationships with functional teams’ operations, sourcing,
and finance - to ensure effective procurement and manage the placement of
orders and reorders with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• paying special attention to new suppliers.
• Develop partnerships with vendors to inform suppliers of product sales and
projection changes while notifying Operations and Sourcing of supplier
performance.

• Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Trading, Marketing, Trend
Analysis, Tender Preparation, Quality Assurance.
• Full understanding of shipping, clearance and customs procedures.
• Awareness of all financial procedures which related to the logistics field.
• Expert in dealing with ERP and Oracle systems.
• Cost negotiations and costing sheets/comparison list creation.
• Follow up and track all shipments from origin up to the final destinations.
